Fly Casual: Rules for Space Smugglers
A downloadable game
Fly Casual is a resolution system for two or more smugglers and one GM. It can easily be adapted for solo play. There's also a set of random tables for answering questions like, "What are you hauling? For who?"
The "Hunk of Junk" risk sheet is all of the things that can go wrong with your ship. It provides system-agnostic rules for flying the bucket of bolts, and can also be used at the start of a session to decide what's not working this week.
Inspiration
These risk sheets were inspired by Meguey & Vincent Baker's Otherkind Dice, by way of Sam Dunnewold and John Harper's discussion of Meguey's game Psi*Run on the podcast Dice Exploder. I used MOSAIC Strict to help me keep "Hunk of Junk" system agnostic.
