The Undaunted: Derelict Adventure Hook

You have been hired by megacorp Bauer-Tanaka to recover data and equipment from its research vessel, The Undaunted. The ship was due to dock one week ago, but never showed; it was later found unresponsive. Bauer-Tanaka declined to provide a manifest of the ship's cargo, and the status of the crew is unknown.
